🚚 Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days, depending on the brand partner’s fulfillment schedule.

  • You may receive multiple packages if your order includes items from different brands — each item ships directly from its respective warehouse.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

  • Once each item ships, you’ll receive tracking info by email.

  • Shipping typically takes 5-7 days. In some instances, shipping carriers may have delays. Cathy's Collective is not responsible for delays once items are shipped.

💵 Shipping Rates

  • FREE U.S. shipping on orders over $150 (calculated across all items in your order).

  • Orders under $150 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout, based on each supplier’s shipping policy.

  • Each brand partner may apply their own shipping charges — these are reflected at checkout.


🌍 International Shipping

  • Yes, we offer international shipping!

  • Free shipping is not available on international orders.

  • International returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

  • Delivery times may vary based on customs or country-specific carrier delays.

  • Cathy’s Collective is not responsible for customs delays or international shipping issues once the order has left the U.S.

    • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the item(s).
